Are IV drips safe? Who administers them?
Yes. All drips at are administered by HPCSA-registered nurses in our sterile treatment room.
We use pharmaceutical-grade vitamins from licensed SA pharmacies and 100% single-use needles + bags.
Every client gets a pre-drip medical screening.
Who can’t get an IV drip?
We don’t treat clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have kidney/heart failure, or uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes.
Disclose all meds + health conditions when booking. If you unsure, we’ll refer you to your GP first for safety
Do I need a blood test or doctor’s note?
Not for our standard wellness drips.
For high-dose Glutathione or if you have a chronic condition, we may request recent bloods or doctor clearance.
Does it hurt? How long does it take?
Just a quick pinch when the cannula goes in, like a blood test.
